turns out it was a stuck pixel and it eventually went away

after several hours of changing crap in this site i think i'm finished for now, unfortunately couldn't figure out the audio thing to stop it from restarting everytime you go to a different part of the page but thats ok, i still dont know what to use the notifications menu for tho lolol
